White frames are the go-to frame colour for a clean, modern look and typically work with any kind of image.

In this case the white sits very nicely with the crashing waves at Canal Rocks.

Black frames demand an impactful or high contrast image so the strong frame doesn’t distract from the subject material.

Thankfully the Tasmania skyies were on board this day and delivered this truly stunning sunset over Cradle Mountain.

A natural wood finish won’t go with every image, but in this case it perfectly complemented the earthy tones of the rock face at Quinninup Falls.

Look for similar hues in your image that match the wooden frame to get the most from a natural wood finish.

My standard frames come in black, white and a natural ash finish. Other finishes can be arranged on request, but need to be quoted separately.

My standard frames are 2-3cm wide on all sides and come with a white, acid-free matboard (which varies in width from 5-7cm on all sides). So you can expect a framed print to be roughly 15cm-20cm taller and 15cm-20cm wider than just the print alone.

I print my images on acid-free, museum quality fine art paper and personally review them for quality. A “Print Only“ order includes the image with a small white border on which I title and sign the work.

For shipping, unframed prints are rolled in a protective tube for transport and lined with padding to ensure the print arrives in pristine condition. Unframed prints will be shipped in 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

My standard paper is Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl - a high dynamic range, wide gamut and resin-coated fine art paper that produces stunningly sharp and vibrant prints. Other papers are available on request.

I source the highest quality photo canvas, which will give your image a painterly and sophisticated feel. All canvases are finished with multiple coats of satin UV archival spray to protect your image against scuffing and airborne pollutants. These canvases can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Canvas (Wrapped Frame) - The canvas is sealed and then stretched around a wooden frame. This finish is very lightweight for easy hanging.

Canvas (Profile Frame) - The ultimate in premium finish - this option is similar to a wrapped frame, but with the addition of wooden profile frame on the outside of the canvas, which comes in white, black and mocha (pictured above).
